These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Get RM Growth ("we", "us", the "Service"), an AI phone receptionist platform for service businesses. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Get RM Growth provides an AI-powered phone receptionist that answers inbound calls on behalf of your business, captures leads, and — on applicable plans — books appointments. The Service connects to a phone number, records and transcribes calls, and stores related data (call recordings, transcripts, and any information callers provide) in your account.

2. Call recording & consent

Calls handled by the Service are recorded and transcribed. Our AI receptionist discloses at the start of every call that it may be recorded. You are responsible for complying with any additional call-recording, telemarketing, or consent laws applicable to your business and the jurisdictions you operate or receive calls in.

3. Accounts & subscriptions

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or have payment failures that remain unresolved.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, including telemarketing, robocall, or consumer-protection laws;
  • Harass, deceive, or defraud callers or third parties;
  • Attempt to access another company's account or data; or
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.

5. Data & third-party processors

We use third-party service providers to operate the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vapi and Anthropic (AI voice and language processing). Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect and how it's used.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate — we do not guarantee that the AI receptionist will correctly capture every lead, book every appointment, or handle every call as intended. You remain responsible for following up with customers and for the outcomes of your business operations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get RM Growth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
